A virtual tour is a digital version of a space that people can explore online, from a computer or a phone. Visitors walk through your store, showroom or an apartment for sale without going there. At Viniona, a virtual tour is not made of photos but of interactive 3D spaces built to real scale; it opens in the browser with no install.

What types of virtual tours are there?
There are three common types today: 360° photo tours, 3D scan tours and interactive 3D virtual spaces. All three bring a space online; the difference is how freely visitors can move and what they can do inside.

Which one fits depends on your space and your goal. To show an existing space as it is, a photo tour may be enough; for sales, product experience or a project not yet built, an interactive 3D space offers more.

How do you add a virtual tour to a website, and does it work on mobile?
A Viniona virtual tour opens from a single link. You can add that link to your website, your social media accounts or the messages you send to customers.
The tour runs in the web browser and opens the same way on desktop, phone and tablet. Visitors don’t need to download an app, a plug-in or anything else, and they don’t need to sign up.
What is the difference between a virtual tour and a digital twin?
A virtual tour is the general name for showing a space online. A digital twin is a 3D version of the space built with its measurements, light and materials; you can walk around freely and details can be changed. What do I need to get a virtual tour made?
A plan or just an idea is enough to start. For stores and showrooms we work from the architectural plan if there is one; otherwise you describe it or leave the design to us. For housing projects a floor plan is enough. Where products will appear, we take the 3D files of your products from you.
How is the price of a virtual tour set?
The price is set per project, based on the size of the space, your product range and the interactions you want. Answer the four questions in the Quote Wizard and we will prepare a quote just for you.
How long does it take to make a virtual tour?
It depends on the size of the space and the interactions you want. The timing becomes clear once we talk about your project.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. The virtual tour opens in the web browser from a single link. No app, plug-in, download or sign-up is needed.
My space isn’t built yet. Can it have a virtual tour?
Yes. Viniona builds spaces from plans, not photos. So a housing project still under construction or a store that hasn’t opened yet can be explored too.
